<p>PURPOSE:To simply and rapidly perform templating work and to establish templating excellent in dimensional accuracy, by bonding a wax sheet to the rear of a photopolymerizable resin normally showing a rice cake like state and rolling the whole. CONSTITUTION:A pattern sheet made of wax is bonded to a photopolymerizable resin normally showing a rice cake like state prepared by mixing a resin powder composed of polystyrol and a sensitizer with a urethane acrylate resin solution and the whole is rolled to form a material used in the preparation of each dental mechanic pattern. When only the rice cake like resin is formed into a pattern sheet, the light irradiation surface of said sheet is finished into a mirror surface state but the rear thereof often becomes rough. Therefore, by bonding the pattern sheet made of wax to the rear of the pattern sheet and rolling the whole, the mutual defects of both sheets are compensated to make it possible to perform preparation rich in operability and increased in accuracy. Since templating can be directly performed from a model simply and rapidly without relying on a casting mold, the precise casting of various industrial parts inclusive of various dental products such as a denture base or the like and the duplication of artistic handicrafts are possible.</p> |
