发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING FLUIDIZED BED TYPE SMELTING REDUCTION FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To secure high productivity in a fluidized bed type smelting reduction furnace by detecting bed height of the fluidized bed, controlling charging quantity of carbonic material so as to become the prescribed bed height value, correcting blasting rate setting value so as to maintain flowing speed of the fluidized bed and further, finely adjusting the charging quantity of the carbonic material. CONSTITUTION:In the fluidized bed type smelting reduction furnace 1, the fluidized bed 2 is formed at upper part of the furnace and powdery ore is smelting- reduced and the carbonic material is burnt at lower part of the furnace. In there, the bed height is detected with a bed height computing element 18 from differential pressure at upper and lower parts in the fluidized bed 2 and the charging quantity of the carbonic material is controlled so as to make this the prescribed value. The blasting rate setting value is corrected so as to maintain flowing rate, which the fluidized bed fluidizes. Further, by finely adjusting the charging quantity of the carbonic material, too, the range of fluidization is controlled. By this method, the high productivity in the fluidized bed type smelting reduction furnace can be secured.
