1. A reinforcing cage for three-dimensional reinforcements for reinforced concrete members, more particularly for reinforcements in cage form for reinforced concrete structural components in bar or rod form, such as columns, beams, drilled foundation piles or the like, which reinforcing cage is formed from stirrups (1) extending peripherally so as to be closed over the entire periphery and is adapted to be joined to a longitudinal reinforcement which is formed by rods (4) and together with which it forms the reinforcement, the stirrups (1) which form the reinforcing cage being interconnected by two longitudinally extending connecting rods (2) disposed on the outside of the stirrups, and being held in the mutual stirrup spacing provided for the three-dimensional reinforcement, the connecting rods (2) consisting more particularly of steel and being welded to the stirrups (1), characterised in that for the purpose of allowing easy stacking of at least three such reinforcing cages one inside the other in a transverse direction the longitudinally extending connecting rods (2) are situated in each case only at the two points of intersection of the stirrup contour and a straight line (8) passing through the centre of gravity (7) of the stirrup contour or in the immediate vicinity of these points of intersection at the outside of the stirrups (1), said straight line extending - in the case of a polygonal stirrup contour - at least through a corner zone of the stirrup contour or through the immediate vicinity of said corner zone, and, in the case of the longitudinally extending connecting rods (1) being disposed in the vicinity of the said points of intersection, said connecting rods are preferably disposed on both sides of the straight line (8). |
