PURPOSE:To realize effective use of sintered ore manufactured with a sintering machine as much as possible by conveying all the sintered ore to furnace top in a blast furnace, charging into the furnace and also recovering the powdery sintered ore scattered with furnace gas in the furnace top part. CONSTITUTION:After crushing the sintered ore 2 sintered on the sintering machine 1 with a crusher 3, the total quantity of the sintered ore is conveyed to the furnace top of the blast furnace 8 without any screening on the way of the furnace and charged into the blast furnace 8. Then, the powdery sintered ore 9 being impossible to use in the furnace 8 by scattering with the gas in the blast furnace 8 reaches to an uptake tube 10 at the top of the blast furnace 8 and settled in the uptake tube 10 and recovered. Further, the above recovered powdery sintered ore 9 is desirable to blow into the blast furnace 8 from tuyere blowing equipment 12. |
