PURPOSE:To totally automate delamination, removal, and exhaust of a cover sheet by severing and unsealing the cover sheet, delaminating it from the takeup paper using mechanical means, coiling into a roll, crushing flat, and exhausting. CONSTITUTION:The unsealed end E' of a cover sheet E is delaminated with rotation of the takeup paper P, spread on a pullout conveyor 2, sent out, and introduced into an inclusion conveyor 8 with approx, circular inside surface by an opening/closing arm rod 7 in closed position and an inclusion table 9. This cover sheet E is inclined into a roll along the inside surface, and an elevating/sinking rod 13a etc. is sunk between the mentioned opening/closing arm rod 7 and inclusion table 9 to press the cover sheet E included into roll so that it is crushed flat. Then an exhaust hole is formed for this crushed cover sheet E in a part of the inclusion conveyor 8 by rotating the arm rod 7 in the direction of opening, and an elevating/sinking frame 13 is moved upward to move the pullout conveyor 2 toward the exhaust hole, and the crushed cover sheet E is exhausted from the inclusion conveyor 8 and forwarded to a certain storage. |
