PURPOSE:To provide possibility of making the emitter currents identical using a coefficient of mutual inductance and construct the device in small size by electromagnetically coupling the currents so that the sum of the emitter current of each switching transistor and the drive signal current will become the same. CONSTITUTION:The emitter currents of No.1 and No.2 switching transistors 24, 25 are coupled electromagnetically by a current transformer 32, and the drive signal currents of these transistors 24, 25 are also electromagnetically coupled through the same current transformer 32. The sum of the emitter current of No.1 switching transistor 24 and the drive signal current shall be approx. the same as the emitter current of the No.2 switching transistor 25 and the drive signal current. This lessens the coefficient of mutual inductance, and two switching semiconductors with different switching speeds are switched over at approx. the same timing using current transformer 32 to accomplish elimination of unbalance of the loss. |
