A printing machine with a rotating pad for printing the marginal region of motor-vehicle windows is characterised in that the pad (15) mounted on the pad cylinder (20) comprises a strip (16), of which the surface transferring the printing enamel corresponds to the frame-shaped design to be printed. As a printing plate there is a screen-printing stencil (27) which is arranged above the pad cylinder (20). The pad cylinder (20) transfers the printing enamel from the screen-printing stencil (27) onto the window (11).
