PURPOSE:To improve an operability by automatically giving the range of the calendar as an identifier to a schedule to be prepared anew, displaying the calendar within the range to contain the schedule and instructing the necessary range at the time of updating. CONSTITUTION:Period designating means (keys S1-S3) to designate the range of the calendar displayed on a display means 2 and identifier giving means (keys S1-S3) to give data to express the range on the calendar designated by the period designating means as the identifier to the schedule edited anew by a schedule editing means (key board 1) are provided. A control device 3 retrieves a storing means 5 by the designated identifier, and when the schedule, with which the identifier coincides, is stored, the schedule is read and displayed on the display means 2. In such a way, by an operation of only designating the necessary range on the calendar to be displayed, the schedule of the range is read from the memory and displayed when it is already prepared, and thereby, the operability can be improved. |
