PURPOSE:To obtain a metal base printed circuit board with excellent thermal conductivity, simplified working steps, high productivity and a radiation fin by providing the fin at a base metal itself, and integrally forming the fin and the base metal. CONSTITUTION:In a metal base printed circuit board (board) 1a, a radiation fin 6a is integrated with a base metal 2a, heat generated from an electronic component plated on the board 1a is directly and effectively conducted to the fin 6a to be radiated into the atmosphere. Thus, working steps such as coating of thermal conductive paste 5, connecting of the fin 6, and clamping of connecting screws 7 can be eliminated. The metal base printed circuit board with high thermal conductive radiation fin in which contact thermal resistance due to coating thickness of the paste 5 and the connection of the board 1 to the fin 6 can be all excluded is obtained. |
