<p>PURPOSE:To make a disk container small-sized, light and inexpensive, by integrally molding a disk outer periphery holding part having an engaging step part for holding the outer peripheral edge of a disk and a pair of notch parts provided in opposed relationship at the positions on the line dividing the holding part into two parts from a thermoplastic material. CONSTITUTION:A disk container 1 is integrally molded using a thermoplastic sheet by a vacuum molding or pressure forming method and a disk holding part 3 consists of an annular disk outer periphery holding part 4 having an engaging step part for holding the outer peripheral edge of a disk, a pair of the notch parts 5a, 5b facing each other provided on the segment Y-Y dividing the disk outer periphery holding part 4 into two parts and a pair of the grooves 7a, 7b formed on a bottom surface 6 on a straight line. Since the disk container is soft and rich in elasticity, said container is folded along the notch parts 5a, 5b and the grooves 7a, 7b and the outer peripheral edge of the disk 10 is engaged with and detached from the disk outer periphery holding part 4 to make it possible to easily perform the reception and taking-out of the disk 10. By this constitution, the small-sized light and inexpensive container is obtained.</p> |
