PURPOSE:To prevent the fixation of a suspension member and a core part by a surplus adhesive by engraving grooves whose ends are open to a bonding face to the suspension member of a core slider in positions to sandwich the core part of the core slider. CONSTITUTION:On a block-shaped core slider 1 made of magnetic substance, etc., graves 1a and 1b whose ends are open to a bonding face 3 to a suspension member 6 of the core slider 1 are engraved in positions to sandwich the a core part 5 of the core slider. When doing bonding work, a surplus adhesive 7 which flows out of the bonding face 3 of the suspension member 6 and the core slider 1 is captured by the grooves 1a and 1b in the positions to sandwich the core part 5. Thus, the fixation of the suspension member 6 and the core part 5 by the surplus adhesive 7 can be prevented. |
