PURPOSE:To eliminate the cost a component of a Schottky barrier diode, a space for placing the diode, labor of mounting the diode, etc., by inputting the diode in an integrated circuit, and forming a rectifier. CONSTITUTION:Input terminals 1, 2, an output terminal 3, an analog or logic circuit 4, a smoothing capacitor 5, and a half-wave rectifying diode 6 are provided. When an input like A is input to the terminals 1, 2 of an integrated circuit, the output of the terminal 3 should become an output designated by a broken line at B due to the half-wave rectification of the diode 6 in this operation. In this case, since the capacitor 5 is provided, it actually becomes a waveform as designated by a solid line. A signal output to the terminal 3 may be used as a DC power source of the circuit 4 as it is, or if an objective operation is not obtained due to the variation in the DC power source of the terminal 3, the signal of the terminal 3 is preferably input to a voltage regulator, and this output is preferably used as the power of the circuit 4. |
