PURPOSE:To execute wide labor saving and time shortening at the time of the preparation of a system file, especially, the time of a correction in a maintenance work by inputting data necessary for the system file preparation, constructing a data base in a device and correcting it according to a necessity. CONSTITUTION:At the time of preparing the system file, the data necessary for the system file preparation are inputted from a first input part 2 beforehand, the data base is constructed in a storing part 3, and the preparation of the system file, a transmission to an external computer system, the output of a document for a maintenance, etc., are executed by a command input from a second input part 6. At the time of executing the correction, by a correction information input from the second input part 6, the data base in the storing part 3 is changed, and the regeneration and re-transmission of the system file and the output of the revised edition of the document for the maintenance are executed. Thus, a user has only to correct the data base, and the time necessary for the correction of the system file can be widely shortened.
