<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled hose, which has a circular section and vulcanization therefor is uniform, by using an atmosphere opening path attached to the mouth piece device of an extruder as an air injection port and vulcanizing a rubber hose while continuously injecting air from the path into the rubber hose after molding. CONSTITUTION:The atmosphere opening path attached to the mouth piece device 1 of the extruder 11 is used as the air injection port 2, and compressed air at a fixed flow rate, which is reduced up to proper pressure by a filter 3, reducing valves 4, 5 and a flow-rate valve 6 and purified, is injected into the rubber hose 7 under an extrusion-molded unvulcanized state discharged from the mouth piece 1 from said injection port 2. The unvulcanized rubber hose 7, a sectional shape thereof is kept circular under the state in which air is injected, is passed through a heater 12 and a hot air furnace 13 and vulcanized at the same time, the rubber hose vulcanized is cut lastly by a cutter 19, air is discharged from a cut end section, and a product 8 is obtained. EFFECT:Quality control is easy, and the manufacturing process can be rationalized.</p> |
