摘要 PURPOSE:To form the air-core type reactor, the flexural rigidity of a core thereof is increased, vibration noises thereof by magnetic force is reduced by utlizing space and which is fitted for ultra high pressure and large capacity, by laminating frame-shaped first layer, second layer and third layer in a predetermined order, constituting a magnetic shielding core and arranging a coil on the inside. CONSTITUTION:The coil 1 is wound and arranged onto a coil frame B in the air-core type reactor, and the magnetic shielding core 12 is disposed so as to surround the coil 1 and form the return of magneteic flux generated by the coil 1 and encased into a tank 6. Both upper and lower surfaces are held by clamping frame plates 3 and clamped by clamping bolts 4 in the magnetic shielding core 12, and connecting fittings 5 are fixed to the clamping frame plates 3 so that lateral rectangular magnetic plates 12a, 12a', 12b, 12b' constituting each layer of the magnetic shielding core 12 are not deformed to the outside by the axial clamping force of the coil 10. The magnetic shielding core 12 is constituted by laminating magnetic plate layers of three kinds.
