PURPOSE:To form a general and integrated job transferring means by containing a job as the object of an existing general transfer system (electronic mail system) without forming a particular exclusive-use system as the job transfer system. CONSTITUTION:At the time of considering to execute a job transfer to a specific computer, a user describes the job to a document to be delivered with an ordinary electronic mail means 201, and the job is transmitted to an execution computer 203 by the electronic mail means 201. By the execution computer 203, an electronic mail reception means 210 receives and analyzes the job, and a program name to be activated, a data part and the delivering destination of an execution result are discriminated. By using a program activating means 230, the program is activated, the execution result is accepted, it is converted to a document format to be loaded on the electronic mail system, and thereafter, it is transmitted to the designated delivering destination by an electronic mail transmitting means 220. Thus, the general means of the electronic mail can be formed to the job transfer.
