<p>PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption, by eliminating a DC supervising circuit for supervising a circuit in a subscriber's circuit, and providing a means for stopping power supply in the subscriber's circuit, in the subscriber's circuit of a dispersion controlling system. CONSTITUTION:A power supply control part PWCNT for stopping power supply to part other than a DC supervising circuit SCAV in a subscriber's circuit LC receives power supply start information from a common control part CC, and supplies power to each circuit of the subscriber's circuit LC. When a call is generated at power-off, the SCAV detects it, the PWCNT supplies power to each circuit in the LC, and at the time of clearing, the SCAV detects it to send power supply stop information to PW and NT. When a call is generated at power-off, power supply start information is received by the PW and the PT from the CC to supply power to the LC. In this way, power supply to part other than the SCAV can be stopped without exerting influence on a switchboard to reduce power consumption.</p> |
