<p>This invention relates to an IC card comprising an IC chip (2) buried in the form of a card and a connector (11) disposed at the end surface of the chip. The portion around the connector is covered with electrically conductive metal sheets (3a, 3b) in order to prevent deformation and crack of a plastic material into which the IC chip (2) is buried and to prevent dielectric breakdown of the IC chip.</p> |
