PURPOSE:To prevent errors in the positions of respective images from occurring by eliminating or adding a part of dot image information according to a image recording process and the degree of shrinkage of recording paper. CONSTITUTION:The part of dot image information which should be printed next is eliminated or added according to the number of printing times, that means, the number of repeating times of an electrophotographic process and the degree of shrinkage of the recording paper 9. Namely, the deviation between a 1st image printed first and the image printed thereafter can be corrected by eliminating the dot information which is in a specified order in a main scanning direction out of the dot image information which should be printed next and also eliminating the dot information by amount of one scanning in the specified order in a subscanning direction. When the recording paper extends in case of pressure fixing instead of thermal fixing, the dot information in the specified order and the dot information by amount of one scanning must be added. Thus, the errors can be prevented from occurring in the positions of the images. |
