GAS OUTFLOW PHENOMENON PREVENTIVE METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRESSURE REGULATOR

PURPOSE:To prevent completely the gas outflow phenomenon of a pressure regulator by cooling gas within a high pressure gas supply source to a temperature only enough to be proportionate to the lowering of temperature caused by the deheating free expansion of gas within the pressure regulator. CONSTITUTION:A gas cylinder 1 is arranged to be cooled by means of a cooling mechanism 11. And this cooling mechanism 11 is controlled by means of an automatic control mechanism 12 and the temperature of a supply gas at the gas exit of the gas cylinder 1 is arranged so that it may become at least lower than the exit temperature of a pressure regulater 2 which has lowered due to the deheating free expansion of gas within the pressure regulator 2. As a result, the temperature of the supply gas at the exit of the gas cylinder 1 becomes approximately equal to or lower than the gas temperature at the gas exit 4 of the pressure regulator 2.
