摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the working and tension control accuracy by obtaining the foil tension through the detected torque, foil speed and number of reel revolutions, further, controlling a rewinding reel braking device based on the foil width, thickness, etc. CONSTITUTION:A powder brake as a braking device 4 is provided on the rewinding reel 1 and on its output side, a torque detecting means 5 is disposed. On the metal foil 2, a foil speed detecting mean 8 is disposed, and on the reel 1, a detecting mean 7 for the number of revolutions is disposed. The torque T, foil speed V and the number N of revolutions of reel detected by each detecting mean 5, 7, 8 are used to calculate accurately the foil tension F by the arithmetic circuit section 9 through the equation F=2piNT/V. Further, from the width L, thickness (t) and tension set value of the foil 2, the target torque value T0 is calculated, and based on its value, the foil tension F is kept constant. Because the accurate torque T, foil speed V, number N of revolutions of reel are calculated, the working accuracy and tension control accuracy of the foil are improved.</p>
