PURPOSE:To reduce the number of processes required for joining and to improve the reproducibility of said processes and the yield, by installing elements into each factor and fixing between said factors through ultrasonic welding. CONSTITUTION:A valve element 2 is sandwiched from opposite sides thereof by a pair of element holders 3a each using an energy director 3b. When ultrasonic wave is radiated, the energy directors 3b are melted, and therefore communicated with each other at the melting parts through a through-hole 2b formed in the valve element 2a. Thus, welding is completed. The valve element 2a is provided with a sliding part 4 and a stopper part 5. The sliding part 4 is slided by the pressure difference in an up-and-down direction of the valve element 2a. As a result of this, ink flows only in a normal direction 6 of the valve element 2a. When ultrasonic welding is carried out, the ultrasonic wave is radiated also onto the whole of the valve element 2a, and accordingly, the sliding part 4 of the valve element 2a having characteristic frequency several to several tens times of the welding ultrasonic wave is formed to vibrate. Therefore, the sliding part 4 is fixed by an electron wax 1 and then the welding operation is carried out. Thus, welding is completed without breaking the function of the valve. |
