PURPOSE:To ensure the efficient suppression of the vertical vibration of a building by providing via a spring the vibrator of the predetermined weight having a through-hole for allowing the passage of a fluid from a liquid storage tank in a cylinder arranged within the tank. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cylinders 3 are arranged within a liquid storage tank in a building and the vibrator 5 of the predetermined weight is provided therein via an upper spring 4a and a lower spring 4b. Furthermore, a through- hole 5b is formed in the vibrator 5 for allowing the passage of a fluid. According to the aforesaid construction, the vertical vibration of the building can be efficiently suppressed. |
