PURPOSE:To obtain a fluororesin layer which has a smooth surface without any pinhole by providing a 1st insulating layer, an electric resistance heat generating body, and a 2nd insulating layer on a metallic core shaft in order. CONSTITUTION:The 1st insulating layer 2, electric resistance heat generating body 3, 2nd insulating layer 4, and the fluororesin layer 6 where a heat- shrinkable fluororesin tube is melted are provided in order on the metallic core shaft 1. For example, a copolymer tube such as perfluoroalkoxy resin, etc., is suitably used as the heat-shrinkable fluororesin tube. The 2nd insulating layer 4 is coated with a primer previously and a roller is sheathed with the tube; and the tube is heated up to the temperature at which the tube shrinks and thus the tube is adhered to the roller surface. Then the roller is baked above the fusion temperature of the fluororesin after the tube adhesion. Consequently,the smooth fluororesin layer which has neither a pinhole nor a crack and is uniform in film thickness is obtained. |
