PURPOSE:To prevent pinholes from developing and consequently obtain a laminate excellent in weatherability, stain resistance and resistance to chemicals by a method wherein an aluminum plate is covered with a film having a composition, which mainly consists of respective specified amounts of vinylidene fluoride-based resin and of methacrylate ester-based resin. CONSTITUTION:The fluoroplastic resin-based surface sheet-covered laminate concerned is produced by covering an aluminum plate with a film having composition A, which mainly consists of 100-10pts.wt. of vinylidene fluoride-based resin and 0-90pts.wt. methacrylate ester-based resin. A composition, which is produced by adding 0.1-15pts.wt. of ultraviolet absorber to 100pts.wt. of the composition A, may be used. Further, as the covering film, a composite film, the surface of which is made of the composition A and the aluminum plate face of which is made of a composition B mainly consisting of 95-5pts.wt. of vinylidene fluoride-based resin, 5-95pts.wt. of methacrylate ester-based resin and 0.1-15pts.wt. of ultraviolet absorber, may be used for manufacturing the laminate concerned. Furthermore, a composite film, which is produced by repeating films consisting of the compositions A and B, may also be used. |
