PURPOSE:To attenuate a flutter of a high band without exerting influence on attachment and detachment of a cassette, by making a roller provided with prescribed inertia press-contact with a tape by a tape shifter in a reproducing operation state. CONSTITUTION:When a reproducing button 8 is pushed, a head chassis 6 goes forward, and a recording and reproducing head 13, an erase head 14 and a pinch roller 15 go into the inside of a cassette from a window 21 of the center of the cassette a window 24 and a window 22, respectively. At the same time, a roller 30 of a scrape filter also goes partially into a window 23 of a corresponding cassette 2 together with a tape guide 34, and contacts with a tape 20 of the inside. This tape 20 is supported from the back by a tape shifter 36 in the cassette 2, on the right and left of the roller 30, therefore, it is made to press- contact with the outside circumferential face, and the roller 3 can be rotated to match with the running of the tape without causing a slide. |
