PURPOSE:To suppress the propagation due to an undesired waveguide made by providing a shield plate on a semiconductor element in the inside of a case in a direction orthogonal to the signal transmission direction. CONSTITUTION:The circuit consists of a case 3 and a cover connecting a semiconductor element 2 with a microstrip line 1 and mounting it. The cover 5 mounted with a shield plate is provided on the semiconductor element 2 in a direction orthogonal to the transmission direction. Thus, the propagation of the undesired waveguide mode generated in the case 3 and the cover 5 is suppressed and the prevention of abnormal oscillation due to undesired feedback in, e.g., a high gain multi-stage amplifier and the reduction of interference between input and output are facilitated. |
