摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make positional control of a cam slide every mold exchange unnecessary, by a method wherein an amount of a backward movement of an injection nozzle is controlled with set up time of a timer, in an injection molding machine moving the injection nozzle every injection. CONSTITUTION:A mobile cylinder 6 is connected with a hydraulic pressure source 8 and tank 9 through a solenoid directional control valve 7 and an injection nozzle 2 is either moved forward or backward. When a control device 11 breaks a forward movement signal to a directional control valve 7 by receiving mold clamping completion signal, the solenoid directional control valve 7 is changed over and the injection nozzle 2 and a mold 5 are brought into contact with each other. When inner pressure of a cylinder chamber arrives at set pressure, a pressure switch 10 is actuated, contact between the injection nozzle 2 and mold 5 is detected and its signal is applied to the control device 11. Although the control device 11 sends a command signal to an injection device and molding processes each are fulfilled, when completion of measurement or a starting signal of cooling is received during this process, a backward movement command signal is applied to the directional control valve 7 by hours beforehand by a timer and the injection nozzle 2 is moved backward from the mold 5. Then the solenoid directional control valve 7 is demagnetized by the time limit of a timer 12 and the mobile cylinder 6 is suspended.</p>
