CONSTITUTION:The original liquid A for spinning having the high refractive index is supplied from a hopper 815 and the original liquid B for spinning having the low refractive index from a hopper 825. These liquids are kneaded and extruded from extruders 811, 821 and are branched to the many flow passages by the discharge side ports of metering gear pumps 11, 12. The number (n) of the discharge side ports of the pumps 11, 12 is specified to 2-6 flow passages or 1 flow passage. The original liquids A, B flow through the flow passages 21, 25 into a spinning head 3 and are distributed to the many flow passages (m) of 2-20 by distributing nozzles 41, 52 until the liquids arrive at a metering nozzle 5.
