CONTROL METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC OPERATION OF PROCESS PLANT

PURPOSE:To realize the fully automatic operation of a process plant by deciding the operating procedure of the plant based on the state value showing the operating state and the relation between the function secured by the actuation of an equipment and the evaluation of safety. CONSTITUTION:An operating procedure data part 103 is prepared to store the data corresponding to the operating procedure which realizes a function to produce the operating target. Then an operating state monitor part 104 is added to monitor the states of a plant 101 and a control system 102 together with an inferring part 105 which supplies the operating state received from the part 104 and decides the operating target based on the data on the part 103. Then the operating target set at the part 105 is supplied to a requested operating target part 106 to set the value of the system 102 and to start the equipments. Furthermore the operating limit target is set when an operation control target part 107 decides that the part 105 has the state value which is limited due to the evaluation of safety, etc. The said limit target is recorded and the operating target set previously at the part 106 is limited. Thus it is possible to cope with an abnormal state.
