PURPOSE:To support a movable side die plate in parallel precisely with a stationary die plate and control freely a mold clamping speed and a degree of mold break of the movable side die plate, by a method wherein four corners of the stationary side die plate of a mold clamping device for injection compression molding formed into a vertical type are fitted with balance supporting devices where levelling cylinders are suspended. CONSTITUTION:Balance supporting devices 12 where levelling cylinders 11 are suspended are arranged on four corners of a stationary side die plate 2 and a movable side die plate 7 is supported in parallel with the stationary side die plate 2 with the device 12. Then supporting force of the levelling cylinder 11 and a set value of a fixed program set by a setting instrument 14 are processed by a comparative arithmetic unit 15 by connecting a pressure detector 13 with the levelling cylinder 11 and a pressure control valve 16 for pressure control of a mold clamping cylinder 6 is controlled. With this construction, the title device is constituted so that a degree of mold break is held constant, a mold clamping speed is controlled and control of the movable side die plate 7 is performed variously by corresponding to amount of injection, injection pressure and molding condition. |
