PURPOSE:To prevent molten resin from flowing into a through hole, by a method wherein the top of a flexible sheet superposed upon a supporting sheet by positioning the same is pressed with a hot plate through a heat-resistant rubber member and pressurization/heating are performed under a state where a part of the heat-resistant rubber member is pressed into through holes each of the flexible sheet and supporting sheet. CONSTITUTION:A metallic board 2 obtained by forming an insulation film 7 on a metallic sheet 6 having a hole for a through hole 2a at a fixed position and a copper plated laminated sheet 13 with adhesive sheet 15 obtained by sticking the copper plated laminated sheet and adhesive sheet to each other and performing boring processing into a position corresponding to the through hole 2a are registered and superposed upon each other. When the through holes each are coincident with each other, heat-resistant silicone rubber sheet 21 is superposed upon the top of the copper plated laminated sheet 13, a hot plate 22 is pressed against the same and hot press is performed. A part of the heat-resistant rubber sheet 21 is pressed into the through hole 2a swiftly and through its own elasticity by receiving pressure. A little later, heat of the hot plate 22 is transmitted to the adhesive sheet 15 through the rubber sheet 21 and resin in the adhesive sheet 15 is melted with the heat. Therefore, it is not feared that the molten resin flows into the through hole 2a. |
