The device comprises optical conductors, thru which light energy is transmitted, and a base plate. A further base is mounted adjacent to the first base plate. The two plates have holes thru. which the optical conductors pass thru. One side of the second plate faces the first base plate. The conductors have end tip portions for emitting light which has been conducted by the conductor cable. The end tip portions extend from the other side of the second base plate. A motor is mounted on one of the base plates for effecting relative rotation between the two base plates. The base plates are each circular and have the same diameter. The motor is connected between the plates to effect relative rotation. |
