The synthesizer for tuning the channel correctly and quickly includes an object setting element (G1) for dividing the input reference freq. Freq by the data (N1) provided from a microprocessor (MC), a comparator (R) for comparing the outputs of a plant (P) and the (G1), the plant (P) for converting the error signal to DC voltage (Ve), a feedback element (G2) for feeding-back the (Ve) converted to the freq. signal to the (R), a reference model (M) for tunning-necessary freq., a comparator (Q) composed of a differential amplifier (DIF), and a feedback element SHF for biasing an amplifier (AMP) in the (P) and a low pass filter (LPF).
