The circuit for improving stability and operating performance with a filter and a ramping circuit includes a phase detector (40) for detecting phase difference between reference of microprocessor (10) and output of frequency divider (40), a loop filter (60) for eliminating high frequency contained in output signal of phase detector and for transmitting mean voltage, a differential amplifier (90) for differential amplifying of output of loop filter and ramping signal, an oscillator (100) for generating frequency proportional to amplified voltage and an EPROM (120) for generating switching mode pulse for driving motor with stable dynamic performance.
