PURPOSE:To enable measurement without connection of a counter and an output unit by incorporating a counter for measuring the operating time of a relay. CONSTITUTION:A relay device 200 has an input converter 2 connected to a bus 5, a regulator 3, a MPU 1, a memory 4 and an input unit 6. when the device 200 is inspected, an analog simulation input is input from a tester 100 to the converter 2, and a trigger signal is simultaneously input to the unit 6. The regulator 3 counts the inner clocks of the device 200 from the input of the trigger signal to the output of the relay element from the MPU 1 to measure a period of time, and displays it on a display. |
