<p>PURPOSE:To require no updating processing nor communication with a center computer by a possessor by automatically updating the amount of a transaction limit in a device. CONSTITUTION:The amount of the transaction limit, a transaction effective period, the amount of limit for updating and an effective period for updating are previously stored in a memory part. At the time of executing the transaction, by collating the transaction effective period in the memory part to date information generated therein, the transaction effective period is decided. When this decision result is negative, the amount of the transaction limit in the memory is updated based on the amount of the limit for updating and the transaction effective period in the memory part is updated based on the effective period for updating.</p> |
