<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a collision at the time of power interruption by so controlling the number of a traveling conveyance vehicles as to be set to one when a vertical path is included in a designated conveyance path. CONSTITUTION:When a travel command is applied from a system controller 10 to a conveyance controller 11, a discriminator 115 discriminates whether a vertical path is included in a conveyance path for performing a designated traveling or not. If the vertical path is included, a traveling vehicle number storage unit 114 for each conveyance zone is used to discriminate the number of the vehicles traveling in the zone. If the number of the vehicles is zero, the start of the conveyance control is designated to a travel controller 116. On the other hand, if the fact that other traveling vehicles exist in the conveyance path including the vertical path is discriminated, its travel command is not executed until the traveling of the vehicles is finished. Thus, even if the vehicle is dropped in the vertical path due to the power interruption during the conveyance, the vehicles are not collided with one another.</p> |
