发明名称 AUTOMATIC REMOTE SUPERVISORY TESTING METHOD FOR SUBSCRIBER'S OPTICAL LINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable centralized monitor and control a subscriber's optical line from one place by providing optical pulse testers and characteristics test circuits for subscriber's optical lines which are automatically controlled by optical switches at plural central offices and connecting them with each other through MODEMs. CONSTITUTION:An optical switch 6 and optical pulse tester 5 are successively connected in series to an optical MDF 1 connected with plural routes and a personal computer 7 is connected with a MODEM 10 through a serial input- output interface 9. Then the personal computer 7, optical pulse tester 5, and optical switch 6 are connected in parallel, and thus, a characteristics test circuit for subscriber's optical line is constituted. Such characteristics test circuit of the subscriber's optical line is provided at plural central offices A, B and C and each circuit is connected with the others by means of MODEMs. Therefore, monitoring and testing of subscriber's optical lines can be performed centralized in an automatic remote control state at one location.
