PURPOSE:To control drive by changing over and controlling a plurality of ultrasonic motors under specified conditions through a control means for a changeover means in the changeover means. CONSTITUTION:Three ultrasonic motors 1a-1c are connected to an ultrasonic motor controller, and the ultrasonic motor controller is composed of a micro- computer 4 with a drive-signal generating circuit 2 and a changeover circuit 3. An A/D converter 6 is connected to the micro-computer 4, various input signals selected by a multiplexer 5 are input as digital signals, and the micro- computer 4 conducts various arithmetic operation, etc., on the basis of the digital signals, and outputs control signals to said generating circuit 2 and changeover circuit 3. Each signal of a resonance detector 7, a rotation-angle detector 8 and an operating section 9 is input to the multiplexer 5. The generating circuit 2 is constituted of a variable frequency oscillation circuit 2a, a switching circuit 2b and a high-frequency transformer 2c. Accordingly, a plurality of the motors 1a-1c can be controlled efficiently by one drive-signal generating circuit 2. |
