PURPOSE:To open a blood collecting pipe without requiring labor, by repeating the operation increasing the distance between the blood collecting pipe and a cap pressing part to remove a seal plug from the blood collecting pipe. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum blood collecting pipe 1 equipped with a rubber plug 5 is set to a blood collecting pipe holder part 6. Next, the recessed part 13 provided to the leading end of a lever 14 is positioned so as to be brought into contact with the rubber plug 5 and a fine adjustment motor 10 is moved to press the rubber plug 5 to the single side of the recessed part 13. An inclination motor is driven in this state and the rubber plug 5 is twisted to slightly raised on the single side thereof. Subsequently, the motor 10 is reversely rotated to press the rubber plug 5 in the reverse direction and the rubber plug 5 is twisted in the reverse direction to be slightly raised in the reverse direction. This operation is repeated several times to make it possible to perfectly remove the rubber plug 5 from the blood collecting pipe 1 without requiring labor at all. |
