<p>PURPOSE:To execute accurate repair without using expensive facility, material, etc., by applying acrylic adhesive material to a flexible organic base material to seal gas leakage. CONSTITUTION:Rusts of a gas leakage position and its periphery are polished by a disc-sander, and removed until metal gloss is exposed. Then, 2 parts of curing agent is vigorously mixed with 100 parts of main agent of polyester putty, polished part is coated with the mixture by a spatula, and then left to stand for 30 min to be cured. After curing, the surface of the putty is smoothly scraped off by a scraper, then smoothly finished by a sponge sander, the putty powder is wiped by ethanol, and dried. Thereafter, a polyester base material having 60mum of thickness is cut in a square having 3cm of side, coated on its one side with acrylic adhesive having 10mum of thickness, and applied to the surface of the putty. Subsequently, the surface is coated with the putty by the spatula, left stand for 30min, and brush-coated with epoxy paint obtained by mixing 50 parts of curing agent with 50 parts of main agent.</p> |
