<p>PURPOSE:To easily and securely correct the width of a cursor after area information variation by setting the cursor after setting and displaying a display area, and thus setting the cursor width automatically. CONSTITUTION:When the display area is defined on a console 5, area information is written in an area information storage device 3 and the set area is displayed on a CRT 4. The editing cell cursor is set to the area through the console 5 while the display is observed, and when an automatic setting indication is inputted, an automatic cursor width setting device 1 reads information out of the device 3 and analyzes it to determine the cursor width corresponding to the display area and write an editing cell cursor information control table storage device 2, thereby setting the cursor width automatically according to the set display area. Consequently, the cursor width is corrected easily, securely, and automatically without any manual operation after the display area variation.</p> |
