<p>PURPOSE:To easily call a called subscriber in such a way as that used for a house telephone set by providing an abbreviated dialing function. CONSTITUTION:When a user sets a telephone card 11 to a telephone set 1, the telephone card reading/writing section 2 of the set 1 reads the frequency storing section 12 and abbreviated dial information storing section 13 of the card 11 and loads the frequency information to a call meter 5 and abbreviated dial information 3 to a memory section 4. When the content inputted from a dial operating section 3 is an abbreviated number, the memory section 4 is retrieved and the dial information corresponding to the abbreviated number is read out from the memory section 4 and sent to an automatic dial pulse generating section 6 and display section 7. When the value of the call meter 5 is not '0', the generating section 6 sends dial pulses corresponding to the inputted dial information to a pulse sending section 9. Then, the display section 7 displays the dial information. A speech detecting section 8 detects that the telephone set is connected with the called telephone set.</p> |
