<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a tape guide cylinder having sufficient dimensional accuracy and strength with a simple means by executing a prescribed work to both edges of a thin, long and narrow bottomed cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:A re-drawing is executed to a metallic sheet, the sheet is formed to a thin, long and narrow bottomed cylindrical body G, a flange F is formed by a flange forming at the opening edge of the cylindrical body G. Next, a bottom removing is executed to the bottom part of the cylindrical part G, and a flange-shaped one edge inward piece H1 having a prescribed inside diameter is formed. Next, a trimming is executed to the flange F, and the edge surface formation of the opening edge is executed. Further, an necking is executed to the opening edge to which the work is executed, a flange-shaped another edge inward piece H2 having the same inside diameter as the one edge inward piece H1 is formed. As a result, a tape guide cylinder GP2 can be obtained in which a cylindrical degree is made into a high accuracy and in an right- angled degree having a micron accuracy.</p> |
