<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction of a cassette holder at the time of slantingly inserting the cassette by unoperating a claw part of the cassette holder for opening a cassette slider and levers for a driving switch when the cassette is loaded aslant into the cassette holder. CONSTITUTION:When the cassette 1 is slantwise loaded into the cassette holder 2, the cassette 1 is not brought into contact with the claw 2a of the holder for opening the cassette slider, so that the cassette slider is not opened, and hence the tape is not exposed. Simultaneously, levers 20 and 22 are not turned by the cassette 1, so as not to change a start switch 8 for controlling a motor drive for the holder 2 interlocked with the levers 20 and 22, resulting in the standstill of the holder 2 in a cassette inserting position. By this constitution, the occurrence of the malfunction of the cassette holder when inserted slantwise with the cassette can be prevented.</p> |
