PURPOSE:To improve the size stability, flexibility and flatness after machining by using a specific two-axis oriented polyether ketone resin film and adjusting the thermal shrinkage coefficient and Young's modulus. CONSTITUTION:A two-axis oriented polyether ketone resin film is used, its F-5 value in the vertical and lateral direction is set to 11kg/mm<2> or above. When it is less than 11kg/mm<2>, the flexibility is decreased, a shape change is generated after the repeated use, an upper contact and a lower contact are brought into contact when a switch is not pushed. The thermal shrinkage coefficient of the film when heated at 120 deg.C is set to 1% or below. If the thermal shrinkage coefficient at 120 deg.C exceeds l%, the flatness is extremely deteriorated. The size stability, flexibility and flatness after machining are improved. |
