PURPOSE:To prevent the voltage of a power supply battery from suddenly dropping by keeping the temperature rising of the power supply battery caused by a continuous stroboscope photographing under a prescribed temperature before reaching the actuating point of a temperature sensing resistant element incorporated in the power supply battery. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature of a battery 1 reaches to the prescribed temperature by means of the continuous stroboscope photographing, the output of a comparator 22 inverts to a low level; therefore, the output of an AND gate 28 is fixed to the low level. Thus, even if the signal for starting charge is inputted thorough a terminal B, the signal is not received, and a transmitting transistor 32 is still turned off during this time. Consequently, it will not happen that the continuous using of a stroboscope device makes the temperature of the battery 1 be risen more and the temperature sensing resistant element 1a incorporated in the battery be actuated. Thereafter, the temperature of the battery 1 drops to be lower than the prescribed temperature, a DC/DC converter circuit starts an action; and the charge to a main capacitor 14 is finished, so that the action is stopped. |
