PURPOSE:To delete the quantity of the data of document data by converting line and sentence data taken out from plotted data to a specific geometric graphic element and further converting to the document data. CONSTITUTION:A graphic forming device 20 forms the prescribed geometric graphic element and transmits the plotted data of this geometric graphic element to a graphic processor 10. The graphic processor 10 converts the plotted data inputted from the graphic forming device 20 to the specific geometric graphic element to be formed by the plotted data and further converts this geometric element to the document data. The document data converted by the graphic processor 10 is inputted to a work station 40 via a communication device 30. |
