发明名称 METHOD OF CONTROLLING PRESSURE OF PARTICLE CIRCULATION TYPE FLUIDIZED BED EQUIPMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To solve difficulty of pressure control, to raise the operation pressure of a fluidized bed and to improve operation efficiency, by branching a third fluid which is allowable to be mixed with the fluid handled in both fluidized bed equipments into both equipments and introducing it thereinto and controlling the pressure of both fluidized bed equipments. CONSTITUTION:A reaction particle medium (e.g., iron-oxide-based desulfurizing agent 3 carried on a carrier) is circulated between the fluidized bed equipments (e.g., absorption tower 1, regeneration tower 2) in which two different fluids (e.g., crude coal gas 7, air 9) are introduced and treated. In this case, the pressure of both fluidized bed equipments is controlled by branching a third fluid 13 (e.g., gaseous CO2) which is allowable in mixing with the fluid handled in both fluidized bed equipments to both equipments and introducing it thereinto. As a result, the pressure difference of both fluidized bed equipments is easily held to the required high precision and thereby flow-down of the reaction particle medium and prevention of mixing of the fluid are surely performed and furthermore the operation improved in efficiency due to high pressure can be easily performed.
